Department Overview

The Sales department carries out the work of prospecting, attracting and incorporating new Clients for the Derivatives area.

This activity includes not only the identification of opportunities for Clients with activity in structures with Options in the management of their FX risk, but also those Derivatives portfolios with latent value and low risk, where MEMS.V. can add value by reducing its risk, adding regulatory discipline and generating value for the Client through the adoption of appropriate solutions.

Job Overview

The Sales area will be under the supervision of the Dealing area, and dependent on the Country Manager.

The position aims to identify those Derivatives portfolios with latent value, where can add value by reducing its risk, adding regulatory discipline and generating value for the Client through the adoption of appropriate strategies.

The position requires extensive knowledge and proven first-rate capabilities in credit risk management, as well as commercial skills with complex products, and daily reporting of their activity within the highest standards of integrity.

He/she must be coordinated with the areas of Dealing, Operations, Risks and

Compliance, and must contribute practically to the areas where his/her support is required.

Key Skills & Experience Required

· Proven experience working in a regulated investment firm

· Proven track record of senior-level operations within the sales environment;

· Solid knowledge of the markets;

· Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in which a securities firm operates in the foreign exchange market;

· Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of managing different market risks and compliance, within a regulated environment;

· Extensive knowledge of the FX market.

Languages:

• Native German is mandatory
• High standard of oral & written English is mandatory
