Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Specialist within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transfer agency operations, processing, and resolving inquiries. You will also serve as the key contact for escalations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and grow within our organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Process and validate tasks and investigate/resolve breaks in accordance with the established work practices and procedures
- Work with various internal transfer agency teams such as fund implementation group, trade processing, settlements, cash processing & account opening to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
- Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary
- Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items
- Actively involve in projects within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- Subject matter expertise in Transfer agency, reconciliation, trades & settlements, KYC/AML or strong financial markets product knowledge
- Analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
- Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
- Oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
- Relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Leadership with proven ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
