Introductory Marketing Language
The role involves the critical and audit sensitive responsibility of Access administration controls. This would be a specialized unit with subject matter expertise on all the Fund Services and IMOS Applications, appropriate access controls on restricted folders and will also be responsible ensuring compliance to local data segregation regulations
Job Summary
As a Fund Accounting in the Access Administration Controls team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects related to User Access and access entitlements to various applications and shared folders. This role provides the opportunity to develop your skills in Access Controls and Application Entitlements, and work with a diverse team of professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage application User Access and Entitlement Oversight and Governance
- Change Control Review and Approval of SNOW records for UAT and Production environments
- Review and Approval of New User Access Entitlements
- Develop comprehensive detailed User Access Request Guides for Operation teams
- Manage Projects related to User Access Entitlements, which may include automation efforts and analysis and redefine Access Profiles for Applications
- Gather Information related User Access Entitlements and Certifications completed for Internal/External Audits
- Manage UDT Governance and assistance for Operation users to ensure UDTs are compliant
- Review Monthly Metric and Project update reporting
- Manage technology and Team Projects related to infrastructure and transmissions
- Exercises a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in coordinating and prioritizing work
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office Products - Excel / Access
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1 plus years of work experience in the industry, preferably with User Access Controls and Application Entitlements background
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management structures/processes such as Access controls, entitlement certification and user access removal.
- Experience with JPM Fund Services Applications including User Access request tools (EURC, RSAM, IBID) would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to coordinate issues, findings and practices with colleagues across regions and/or divisions.
- Ability to operate effectively with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize all work assignments effectively to ensure timely completion
