Design, track, and enhance time spent by sales working with opportunities, improving process maturity and aligning with strategic priorities.
· Drive Change & Adoption: Develop and manage process maps that cover the full Opportunity process, ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream workflows.
· Be a Connector: Communicate regularly with end users through key channels such as Sales Operation Manager Calls, dedicated Teams Channels, and the weekly Sales Deck.
· Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by improving the visibility, adoption, and effectiveness of new measures and controls. Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
· Process Excellence: Use process excellence methodologies to analyse, redesign, and optimize workflows, addressing pain points and enhancing efficiency. Utilize lean principles, including waste reduction and value stream mapping, to drive consistency and operational improvements.
· Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across our users
· Stakeholder Management: Contribute to global transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
