Job Description

Inetum is looking to strengthen one of its internal teams with a Functional Analyst, with a special focus on Change Management.

Qualifications

• + 3/4 years' experience as a functional analyst 
• Experience in change management
• Carry out market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging texts
• Ability to work with the production and editing of videos, newsletters, articles for websites and social networks
• Editing and reviewing produced materials to ensure accuracy and coherence
• Presenting new ideas and proposing new solutions to the team related to company and project objectives
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the team's writing process
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (required)
