Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Envision, wireframe, and document solutions that integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform tools to meet business needs.
- Assist in configuring and administering Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Data, Architecture, Security, etc.) to ensure data quality, integrity, security, etc. within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Perform and assist with testing of solutions and other change management activities.
- Provide high-level training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by maintaining a communication process to keep others up to date on the project results.
- Discover and anticipate future needs and align DCoE solutions, Dynamics, and the Power Platform to those needs.
- Understand the needs of the customers and identify innovative ways to meet those needs and drive customer satisfaction..
Summary of Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile project management experience with Scrum and/or Kanban with ADO and/or other similar solutions.
- Experience with configuring and customizing enterprise solutions, Dynamics, and Power Platform solutions to align with business requirements.
- Knowledge of solution design, data presentation, and system integration methods & tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product/project management skills.
- Familiarity with change management principles and IT compliance/governance policies.
- Relevant certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), MB-900 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals), and MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations) are a plus.
