Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a member of our development team, you will be pivotal in creating and maintaining cloud-based solutions for electric drive applications. You’ll manage our sizing server, support its migration to a new cloud-based solution, and collaborate with our ctrlX Configurator team to ensure seamless integration.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Maintain the current Sizing Server, ensuring stability and resolving bugs.
- Administer the Windows web server (IIS) hosting the sizing server.
- Develop a new cloud-based sizing solution, focusing on both back-end and front-end integration.
- Migrate PC-based sizing tools to the cloud, optimizing user experience.
- Support the Configurator team with ctrlX integration.
- Implement web application front-ends using Bosch and Rexroth libraries, and open-source libraries for crtlX Configurator.
- Orchestrate front-end logic to streamline multiple back-end REST services
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in web application development, including full-stack roles.
- Proven background in backend development using C# and frontend frameworks, particularly React and Typescript.
- Know-how:
- Familiar with microservice architectures and their implementation.
- Competency in Java (basic) and knowledge of IIS (Windows Web Server) administration.
- Basic familiarity with the sizing of industrial drives (preferred but not required).
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working Style and Methods: Knowledge of agile processes and principles.
