We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. The selected candidate will join an established team providing Life Cycle Sustainment (LCS) and modernization activities for commercial and custom-developed education, learning, and training applications supporting the Government enterprise. The candidate must be a strong senior developer that is comfortable digging into the products and developing a subject matter expertise, tackling challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment. The primary responsibilities of this role require maintaining and enhancing complex operational software systems, interacting with Government project leadership on priorities, developing task estimates, providing input to Government roadmaps and provide technical guidance to the team. Other activities include conducting upgrades of commercial products, debugging existing software and correcting defects; integrating existing software into new or modified systems and operating environments; investigating and analyzing user problems and identifying potential solutions. Providing support for troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, developing, and executing test procedures.

Required:
- Three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline
- Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of seven (7) years of experience
- Experience providing technical leadership to a development team
- Experience with C# and Java
- Willingness to embrace challenges and seek to become an expert in the products
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation
- Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems and software
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
- Knowledge of SQL Server Database
Desired:
- Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
- Experience the with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
- Experience with C# and .NET
The estimated salary range for this position is between $130,000-$150,00(annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
