What You’ll Get to Do:
Are you ready to put your knowledge, skills, and experience to work developing modern and intuitive mission management systems that use modern development practices, are cloud native, and are built within an extreme agile continuous deployment software development framework? As a motivated software developer on this exciting program comprised of multiple product teams, you will support our mission customers through modernization of mission management applications. We’ll look to you to help design, develop, and maintain microservices and a UI for a data-rich application with complex user workflows. As a part of the development process, you will write code and automated tests, deploy to a fully automated DevSecOps pipeline, and influence the current architecture and future technical direction of the project. Each day, you can expect to report a brief status at an agile stand-up meeting, dig into the highest priority work to accomplish that day, add technical detail to tickets in the backlog, and participate in TEMs as needed. As a member of the leadership team, we will look to you to provide technical guidance for the development team and communicate with other leaders and stakeholders.
Technologies you will use may include:
- Frontend frameworks like Vue and Bootstrap
- Spring Framework
- Java
- JavaScript/typescript
- Automated testing tools like Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
- Databases like MySQL, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, etc.
- SCM and issue tracking tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- DevSecOps pipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, etc.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Clearance: Must have a active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experience
- Experience: 10 or more years of experience in software development and some experience mentoring or managing software developers
- Available to work in-person at CACI facilities in Aurora, CO or Sterling, V
- Experience with either Web/Front End and/or Back-end with willingness to do Full Stack
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps processes
- Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Development on Linux OS
- Java development skills
- Experience with container management (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Current Security+ certification (or the willingness to get it)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
