Responsibilities

Design and build new features end-to-end—from intuitive front-end UIs to scalable backend services.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and users to define, prototype, and launch new products from scratch.

Rapidly iterate on prototypes and features based on feedback and evolving product needs.

Own technical decisions and help shape the architecture of new systems.

Continuously improve our existing codebase, tooling, and development processes to increase team velocity.

Maintain high engineering standards while balancing speed and scrappiness.

Debug, optimize, and scale applications to support demanding real-world AI use cases.

Play an active role in shaping Lakera’s technical vision and product roadmap.
About You

Strong programming fundamentals in imperative or object-oriented languages (Python or Go preferred).

Experienced with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and languages like TypeScript and JavaScript.

Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—highly self-directed with a startup mindset.
