About the role

Join us as a Full Stack Engineer in our Belgrade office and help shape the future of how we support real estate professionals in Switzerland. Our team owns and develops a CRM platform used by some of the country’s most prominent real estate agencies - powering day-to-day operations and long-term customer success.

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated to contribute meaningfully to our frontend development, while also open and eager to grow into backend and cloud infrastructure work. You don’t need to be a specialist in everything - we care more about your energy, your curiosity, and your drive to make things better across the stack.

About the position

• Work across the stack to build reliable, maintainable solutions that support real business needs

• Help evolve a core CRM platform - learn how it works end-to-end, simplify complexity, and shape what it becomes next

• Build your experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable architecture - these are areas we’re actively investing in, and you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how we grow

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers across teams to deliver features that make a meaningful impact for our customers

• Use tools like Datadog and Kibana to monitor, understand, and improve how the system performs

• Contribute to both new feature development and the continuous improvement of existing systems, all within a supportive and open-minded team

• Take an active role in how we work - whether that’s refining engineering practices, introducing better tooling, or evolving our team culture

Our tech stack

• Frontend: React & VueJS primarily, TypeScript

• Backend & Infrastructure: AWS (serverless), Kubernetes, microservices, NodeJS, PHP (Laravel/Laminas in legacy parts)

• Monitoring & Tooling: Datadog, Kibana

• CI/CD & Documentation: GitHub Actions, Backstage

Qualifications

About you

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development

• Strong problem-solving skills and a clear approach to navigating complexity

• Comfortable working with legacy systems and contributing to modern service architecture

• Curious, self-motivated, and energized by learning how different parts of the system work together

• Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative team

• Fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment

Bonus points (but not mandatory!)

• Interest in Serverless architecture - or in learning more about cloud infrastructure (especially AWS and Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, RUM, or Sentry

• Experience improving engineering workflows, tooling, or team processes
