We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and D3.js to build and maintain cutting-edge, data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have experience developing interactive visualizations and working with both front-end and back-end technologies. While not required, knowledge of Rust is a significant plus, especially for backend development and performance optimization. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive web-based applications using React.js and D3.js.
- Build and optimize back-end services and APIs to support data-driven applications.
- Create engaging and efficient data visualizations for complex datasets.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Maintain and refactor existing code to improve maintainability and efficiency.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- If applicable, integrate front-end components with back-end systems written in Rust.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience developing interactive web apps with with React.js and related technologies (React Hooks, Redux, TypeScript, etc.).
- Strong experience with D3.js or similar data visualization libraries.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices.
- Experience with server-side development using Node.js, Rust, or other backend technologies.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and database interactions.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil) is a plus.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Nice to have: Experience or familiarity with Rust for back-end development.
- Comfortable working in agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or Canvas for advanced visualizations.
- Knowledge of functional programming concepts.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Prior experience in high-performance or data-intensive applications

The base salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $250,000. The base salary range does not include any other form of compensation, such as any bonus amounts, or any benefits. Factors that may impact the agreed upon base salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other factors.
