About the role
As a React Full Stack Developer at OpenUp you will be a key member of our tech and product team. You will spend most of your time on the frontend and some time building APIs on the backend.
Besides writing clean and practical code you will also mentor other team members, make key architectural decisions, assist our tech lead with hiring, interact with our partners/suppliers and most importantly work together with the team to develop our mental health platform.
Our tech stack: React, .NET 8, SQL Server, Azure
- Develop and enhance our platform using React (frontend focus) and .NET backend APIs.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and drive technical improvements.
- Ensure high-quality development with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
- Support hiring efforts and work alongside product, psychology, and marketing teams to improve our platform.
About you

- You are an experienced software developer with a strong track record in contributing to innovative projects.
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar education.
- You have 4+ years experience working with React/Angular/Vue.
- You have 2+ years experience developing backend APIs (.NET Core and ASP.NET Core experience is a plus).
- Experience with Tailwind and Storybook a plus.
- You like to come up with creative yet pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- You get positive energy from the dynamics of a scale-up environment.
- You have knowledge of application design, architecture and common design patterns.
- You have knowledge of unit/integration/E2E testing.
- You are fluent in English.
