Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer Sr. to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and demonstrate expertise in major tech stacks such as Java, C++, or Python. The candidate should have extensive experience in backend development against SQL or NoSQL database stores and familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end technologies.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Java, C++, or Python.
- Develop and optimize backend systems interfacing with SQL or NoSQL database stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- 10+ years of active and progressively more complex development experience
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
