Basic Function
Develops, integrates, and delivers analytic solutions using front-end, back-end, database, and hosting tools. Delivers software products independently using functional specifications. Utilizes all layers of the stack to complete coding, UI/UX, database integrations, and deployment activities. Provides test plans, documents solutions, and collaborates with Quality Assurance and project teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Experienced with AWS, Azure, API integration, and cloud-based architecture.
Major Job Accountabilities
Dashboard Development – Design, develop, and implement end-to-end full stack solutions utilizing front-end and back-end technologies in accordance with company and departmental standards. Use modern frameworks and tools to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance dashboards.
Collaboration – Work with project managers, business owners, product managers, and QA teams to collect user requirements, refine designs, and ensure business needs are being met.
Performance Optimization – Conduct application and query tuning for performance improvements. Ensure all services run at optimal levels using best practices.
Version Control & CI/CD – Use version control systems such as Azure DevOps and GIT. Participate in CI/CD processes to automate testing and deployment of applications.
Documentation & Testing – Prepare test plans and technical documentation for system enhancements. Support QA in the validation of application functionality and stability.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Proactively identify and resolve application issues, bugs, and bottlenecks. Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues and ensure proper resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience – Minimum of 3 years developing analytic applications across the full stack. Demonstrated ability to deliver cloud-based solutions with modern technologies.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C#, C++, JavaScript, Python, and R. Database experience with SQL Server. Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive UI/UX design. Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and frameworks like React, Flask, or.NET Core. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. Experience with Power BI, Kibana, and SSRS preferred. Knowledge of open source and cloud software such as ELK, Anaconda, Tensorflow, Jupyter notebooks, and PyPi/pip.
Soft Skills – Strong team player with a Get Stuff Done attitude, focused on progress not perfection. Lifelong learner mindset is a must.
Mental and Physical Requirements
· This position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work near or around computers, telephones, and printers
· The nature of the work in this position is sedentary and the incumbent will be sitting most of the time
· Essential physical functions of the job include typing, grasping, pulling hand over hand, and repetitive motions to utilize general computer software/hardware continuously throughout the work day
· Essential mental functions of this position include concentrating on tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the work day
