Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Full-Cycle Account Executive to accelerate growth, build awareness, and drive new business by sharing what Havium offers. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, has a passion for real estate and investing, and can support clients across their real estate investment journey. You will educate clients about SFR investing, successfully close deals, and grow clients over time as they realize successful investments.
As a Full-Cycle AE, you’ll manage the entire sales process. You will identify opportunities, design and refine your pitch, and develop relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners. You’ll also build partnerships with accountants, financial advisors, wealth managers, and other service providers, developing a network of professionals that can further share Havium’s value proposition with their clients. You’ll have a team of experts behind you, access to Havium software, and the autonomy to experiment with innovative strategies to engage and develop prospects and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Actively identify and engage potential clients, including high-earning professionals, institutional investors, and active SFR investors.
- Build a Referral Partner Network: Establish trusted relationships with private bankers, financial advisors, accountants, lenders, and other wealth advisory professionals.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Own the sales process from prospecting through closing, supporting a seamless, trusted, and enjoyable client experience.
- Industry Expertise: Work with the founding team to develop comprehensive expertise around SFR investing.
- Creative Selling: Develop innovative ways to connect with key decision-makers, educate them on the value of SFR investing with Havium, and close deals efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships, supporting them as a trusted advisor and resource for their real estate investment needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, customer success, and marketing) to align strategies and deliver outstanding results.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on broader real estate investment trends, shifts in Havium’s geographic markets, and unique opportunities Havium is able to identify.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in real estate, proptech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A track record of proactive problem-solving, creative thinking, and independent decision-making.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to consistently identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate investing, asset management, or related fields is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfortable learning new technologies.
- Results-Driven: Focused on meeting and exceeding targets, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
- Washington-Based: Preference for candidates located in the greater Puget Sound area to leverage local market insights.
- Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain an active, unrestricted Washington real estate license within 30-days of hire.
