The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Role Overview 

The Fulfillment Support Specialist I is an expert in all aspects of the fulfillment support function within our rapidly growing operation. In this role, you will exemplify best practices and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will:

  • Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions
  • Ensure fulfillment orders are resolved for same-day shipment
  • Understand shoe conditions classified as "issues" by GOAT standards
  • Manage GOAT pick-up and drop-off timing and accuracy
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including unboxing, labeling and packing
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and quality throughout the process
  • Keep a clean work area to prevent work-related injuries
  • Examine each shoe during the authentication process
  • Verify transaction details, including SKU, size, condition and packaging
  • Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment
  • Remain flexible to perform other duties as required and assigned

We are looking for: 

  • 1+ years of experience in dealing directly with customers and suppliers, preferably in a warehouse or retail setting
  • Strong organization skills with demonstrated attention to detail
  • A quick learner and self-starter, capable of working independently and handling increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours)
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
  • Available for extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment for merchandise transportation
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods to meet business demands
