The Role
We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of Front-end Developer. Front-end Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.
Front-end Developers are required to work in teams alongside Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Front-end Developer in Mindvalley, you can expect to grow with an international team and work with state-of-the-art tools and techniques. You will have the opportunity to work with different technologies and bring your ideas to the table to constantly improve the way we do things.
You must have a value-oriented mindset and you are always looking for the absolute best solutions to solve problems, and are even more productive in a collaborative team environment. In this role it's essential to be a team player - we succeed because we catch and support each other in our work. In your day-to-day operations you must appreciate receiving feedback on your work and at the same time you will be comfortable assisting your teammates by doing the same in the form of code reviews, general feedback, and structured sharing.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions, develop and maintain websites, and other related internal and external activities.
- Responds rapidly to continuous changes and real-time updates required to web applications.
- Build frameworks that will make future development easier.
- Have the passion and hunger to figure out new technologies and continuously enhance your own skills.
- Genuinely interested in improving skills to meet technical quality standards.
- Willing to work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to realize ideas and concepts.
- Have the capacity to figure out how things work and how to iterate on forward-thinking, responsive, and scalable solutions.
- Work in agile and scrum environments.
- Turn design mockups into reality.
Requirements
- Be excited about Elixir/Phoenix LiveView and have some prior experience or a strong interest in learning and becoming proficient in it!
- Bring 5+ years of relevant experience to the table and be eager to share your expertise with the team
- Be a master of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and take pride in your ability to craft exceptional web experiences
- Love working with TailwindCSS and enjoy exploring all the simplicity that it offers
- Be passionate about optimising web application performance and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Have extensive experience with NPM and take pride in your ability to manage modules like a pro
- Have an eye for design and be passionate about creating beautiful, intuitive user interfaces
- Take pride in your ability to use Git and other code versioning tools to collaborate with other developers effectively

- GraphQL: Be passionate about GraphQL and crafting intuitive APIs
- Design Systems: Have experience with Design Systems and enjoy creating cohesive, consistent designs
- Figma and other design tools: Be excited to use Figma and other design tools to bring your designs to life
- Postgres: Have experience with Postgres and enjoy working with databases
- PHP/Nova: Help us maintain our legacy systems by bringing your expertise with PHP/Nova to the table
