RYZ is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in building responsive, high-performance web applications to work with one of our partners. This role involves collaborating closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and maintain user-facing features, ensure code quality through unit and integration tests, and optimize for speed and scalability.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code for user-facing features.
- Collaborate with design teams to create pixel-perfect UIs that provide an intuitive user experience.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for code quality and reliability.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
- Define team standards and best practices for testing, software delivery, and observability.
- Attend essential team meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning).
- Write technical documentation and suggest improvements to development processes.
- Debug and resolve production issues.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with expertise in building dynamic, responsive web applications.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, especially React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Proven success in optimizing web application performance, load times, and rendering.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
- Bonus: Experience with DataDog, server-side rendering, managing monorepos, and design system implementation.
