Job Summary:
THE TEAM
This is a hybrid role where you will need both excellent design and development skills. You will be tasked to help with the development of our Enterprise websites, landing pages, CRM templates and campaign assets for both our B2B and B2C marketing efforts, whilst inputting your own creative and technical ideas on how we can achieve our marketing KPIs, driving engagement in our communications across our client base and event goers.
You will work closely with other departments, including Client Management and directly with clients where necessary. You will also work with senior stakeholders across the international business.
THE JOB
You will be responsible for creating not only online graphic content to assist with the campaigns driven by the marketing team, but also have a strong knowledge of the digital landscape, what works and how to design whilst keeping the users' experience in mind, all while keeping within brand and tech specifications. You will be heavily involved from the ideation & concept development phase through to delivery and will require strong communication and project management skills to ensure design works are delivered on time and on budget without compromising on quality.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Create and deliver design and related content for online mediums. This includes but is not limited to, the websites, email campaigns, offsite campaign assets, B2B website and online/offline B2B branding assets including sales toolkits.
- Design, build and maintain our CRM templates.
- Work on the design and development of various B2B and B2C marketing deliverables for the Philippines markets.
- HTML5 design work for our on-site ad placements.
- Ensure all design and development are consistent with our corporate brand and technical guidelines.
- Take technical ownership of the front-end code and follow development best practices.
- Understand the long-term vision and strategic business goals of the department and company
- Create instructions, guides and tutorials for international markets to use the tools and templates we provide.
- Help improve design processes and documentation standards by building strong relationships with other designers across the business (sales, product and marketing).
- Making both actionable and measurable design decisions that drive key business priorities, prioritising your workload according to business needs.
- Find the best solutions to provide a great user brand experience across multiple touchpoints, always appraising and improving upon previous work.
- Work with Client Managers to develop a wide variety of designs for festivals, events and e-commerce websites as well as mobile.
- Other duties as directed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Digital Design role within an agency/fast-paced environment
- Excellent, demonstrable knowledge of HTML, CSS and SASS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress
- Solid experience with Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
Technical Skills
- High proficiency with the following software and tools
- Adobe Create Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional and Distiller.
- HTML & CSS at an intermediate level (HTML5 preferable)
- Macromedia Flash
- MS Office Suite
- Digital Imaging
- UX Design knowledge (or aspirations to learn)
- Knowledge of the print production process
- Knowledge of the latest web trends and technologies

- Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to build effective relationships with a broad range of people from junior staff, to senior leaders across the business and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge effectively across the business to diverse groups with different skill levels and aptitudes.
- Ability to relate to people on all levels by quickly establishing rapport and maintaining effective business relationships. Must show initiative and be proactive at all times. Must have a strong commitment to the provision of service excellence.
- Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure deadlines and business needs are met. Ability to negotiate and set targets and prioritise workloads accordingly.
- Able to obtain briefs, devise strategies and create programs. Must be able to forward plan to achieve desired results. Must be able to present design concepts.
- Ability to identify potential problems and devise and implement strategies to resolve the problem.
- Demonstrated ability to accommodate and adapt changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment. Also demonstrates the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Shows a proven track record working in high-performance graphical design as part of a team in a fast-paced industry
