Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Office
We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy
primary care practice in Havre De Grace, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task,
provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a
team environment.
Responsibilities
- Check in/out patients quickly and accurately
- Complete insurance verification
- Verify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-in
- Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages
- Complete patient outreach
- Answer incoming calls
- Scan incoming documents
- Obtain co-pays and payments
- Maintain clean appearance of waiting area and front desk
- ACO Experience Preferred
Requirements
- Prior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
