Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Objective: Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates.
Primary Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
Onsite 5 days per week.
Reports to: Fulfillment / Facilities Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers a high volume of incoming calls and directs the callers to the appropriate associates.

Forwards messages for various personnel.

Provides callers with information such as assigned ISR for the territory and product, company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, email, company website and other related information

Greet persons entering organization

Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

Manage queries from the public and customers

Monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
-
Additional Administrative / Mailroom tasks as needed

Overtime may be required

Computer skills – Microsoft Office some Excel would be helpful but not required
