How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People
The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for checking in all FitPark users to the facility. They will provide a warm greeting and overview of the facility to all users and guests. They will assist in keeping the facility clean and organized and will help ensure users are following the rules and policies of the FitPark. They will help us market and promote all services, offerings, and upcoming events. Front Desk Associates are responsible for developing relationships with employees and assisting them through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and resources offered by the FitPark and wellness team. They will be tasked with helping with the implementation of new initiatives, content creation, and assisting the director of corporate health to promote a culture of health and well-being across the Tiburon Park campus.
What You’ll Do at Live Oak

Provide a warm welcome to all users of the FitPark.

Check in all users when they arrive at the facility.

Help manage facility inventory and cleaning supplies by informing leadership when we are running low on items across the facility.

Help wipe down equipment throughout the facility and keep the facility tidy and clean.

Drive engagement in upcoming health and wellness events by promoting upcoming events when users check-in.

Be a knowledge contributor to our employees regarding health and wellness best practices

Provide feedback to the Director of corporate health on programs, opportunities to improve, areas of concern, etc.

Help with planning and implementation of large events such as field day and Chairman’s challenge

Provide excellent member service by exceeding member expectations; greet and acknowledge all members to encourage wellness participation.

Monitor the wellness center as fitness members use the equipment to ensure their general safety and equipment function; enforce all member codes of conduct, rules and policies including, but not limited to, age restrictions, dress codes, language, and proper use of equipment and facilities.

Completes daily cleaning tasks as assigned and records their completion.

Assists Group Fitness Management with administrative tasks that include keeping accurate records of scheduled, rescheduled and cancelled appointments.

Accurately uses scheduling software to enter in staff member availability, member appointments, and all other data necessary.

Required and Preferred Experience
-
Prior service industry job experience.

Experience with Canva or similar software products.

Competency in all Microsoft office products.

A current First Aid, CPR, AED certification

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
