The Opportunity

We are seeking a freelance Data Strategist / Data Analytics Expert with strong experience in GA4 to support a short-term project focused on a large enterprise website. This role requires an analytical mindset and expertise in tracking user behaviour to help improve the user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Audit GA4 Setup: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current GA4 implementation on our website. Identify any issues, gaps, or inconsistencies in tracking and data collection.
  • Analyze User Flows: Examine how users navigate through the website pages, identifying key patterns, drop-off points, and areas of friction.
  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on user behavior analysis to inform our ongoing efforts to optimize the website experience.
  • Tracking Recommendations: Suggest improvements for data tracking in GA4, including enhancements to event tracking, conversions, and goal configurations to better capture meaningful metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to ensure recommendations align with business objectives and can be implemented effectively.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst / Strategist with a strong background in GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing user behavior and user flows on complex, enterprise-level websites.
  • Experience providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for website optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Project Details

  • Start Date: Mid- to late-November
  • Project Duration: 3 to 5 weeks
