Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a FREELANCE Communications Manager for Total Rewards for a 6 month engagement with potential to extend. This is a remote position with the ability to work Central Standard Time (must be based in the US) and travel 1-2x per year as needed. During the initial 90-day probationary period, performance will be reviewed to determine suitability for continued employment.
As the Communications Manager, you will oversee Total Rewards communications primarily focused on operational aspects on our Total Rewards Team. Your role will involve executing Total Rewards communications for our client, ensuring clarity, compliance, and effectiveness.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute total rewards communication strategies, ensuring clarity and compliance
Manage communications regarding total rewards programs
Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Oversee production and distribution of communication materials
Monitor, respond to inquiries, and track effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement
What you bring:
5 to 7 years working in total rewards communications
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels
Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop cross-enterprise and external relationships, interacting successfully at all organizational levels
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational abilities
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated track record of strong stakeholder management skills
Initiative and Collaboration: Strong initiative and follow-through skills, coupled with a collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with the ability to work Central Standard Time (must be based in the US) and travel 1-2x per year as needed
Technical Proficiency: Advantageous to have knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office
Minimum of 5 years project management experience leading internal communications programs, and experience collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies and external partners
