Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Fraud Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Investigate fraud cases and report findings to internal teams, clients, and IT.

Support fraud prevention efforts by implementing controls, reviewing processes, and recommending improvements.

Assist in developing fraud detection strategies and best practices to minimize financial and regulatory risks.

Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve fraud-related incidents while maintaining positive relationships.

Provide reports and insights on fraud trends, prevention effectiveness, and risk exposure.

Stay informed on fraud trends, industry regulations, and best practices in telecommunications and insurance.

Assist with developing ad-hoc SQL queries, analysis, and summary detail results.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills, and/or experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or a related discipline is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience managing projects, presenting to business leaders, and prioritizing workflow.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SQL or data analysis experience preferred.

Knowledge of insurance claims or fraud prevention is a plus; adjuster license (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
