Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced fractional Paraplanner to join our client in Honolulu. This part-time role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to contribute to a dynamic financial planning practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, specifically working with e-Money and Asset-Map, and preferably hold a Series 7 license.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating comprehensive financial plans using e-Money and Asset-Map.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and provide data to support financial advisors in developing tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with advisors to ensure that client plans are accurate and aligned with their financial goals.
- Prepare and review client-facing reports and documents.
- Monitor clients’ portfolios and assist in the rebalancing process as needed.
- Provide administrative support for client onboarding and maintenance of financial planning tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in e-Money and Asset-Map is required.
- Series 7 license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
