What We Are Seeking 

We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam As a financial analyst, you will review and give support to the administrative processes of the area, applying the rules and procedures defined and preparing necessary documentation to comply with each of these processes, achieve timely results and ensure the operation of the financial operation.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities 

• Assist the financial department at international level 
• Follow up to the forecast billing 
• Calculation of the sales bonus 
• Keep track and control of financial resources. 
• Keep visibility of the expenses of all cost centers 
• Analyze month-end results, providing the business monthly reports.
• Responsible for acting as the financial liaison between FP&A and the various departments at Bizagi, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Provide data-driven financial insights to support decision-making by Budget Holders, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial vision.
• Actively participate in meetings with Budget Holders to ensure financial consistency and alignment across the organization.

Skills 

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, Industrial Engineering or Economist.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in financial departments or similar roles.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data in Excel.
• Deep knowledge in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Supporting role as Business Partner facilitating communication with the stakeholders.
• Experience in Data analytics. (Nice to have)
• Experience with critical AI tools, big data, Power automation. (Nice to have)
