This role will act as an experienced business partner to leaders across the organization with the goal of providing strategic insights and opportunities for cost agility and optimization. This role reports into the Director of FP&A, and will also work closely with the accounting organization, procurement team and the SVP of FP&A.

What you'll be doing as a Manager, FP&A:

  • Develop and oversee financial analysis
  • Function as Finance Business Partner for key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Drive operational efficiencies throughout the organization – automating reporting and tasks wherever possible
  • Key contact person for tracking, coding and management of 1,000+ IAS vendors. Partner with Global Procurement lead, A/P and Legal
  • Partner closely with Global HR and FP&A Director to forecast and track compensation costs, including open positions
  • Develop and maintain the annual budgets, building alignment with business partners and maintain the forecast throughout the year
  • Build and maintain monthly/quarterly expense reporting packages for various departments
  • Track actual expenses and meet with stakeholders monthly/quarterly to update and reforecast expenses throughout the year
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Leadership, Investors and Board of Directors, along with the broader FP&A team
  • Define and track key performance indicators and develop audience appropriate reports
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as needed

What we're open to seeing in your experiences:

  • 6+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Ability to building relationships with senior level leaders across various departments
  • Extensive financial modeling experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial applications (ERPs, BI Tools, etc). We utilize Workday and Adaptive Insights. Experience in these is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Any management/team lead/leadership experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Hands-on detail & oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function, with a concentration on expenses
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and accurately message complex concepts in an easy to understand format
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $116,900 - $200,400. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
