About the role
The Carrier Finance department has an opening for an FP&A Manager supporting the Carrier Truck & Trailer business in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium).
This position operates in a rapidly changing environment and requires excellent time management and adaptability. The candidate should also demonstrate strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to reporting accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with finance and sales team member activities to support key deliverables such as long-range planning, the yearly operating plan, and cyclical forecasting

Evaluate actual monthly results and investigate variances to plan / prior year / prior estimates providing insight for Finance Business Partner and European finance director.

Develop and load monthly financial forecasts for various areas

Analyze and consolidate key reporting packages and supplemental schedules to support performance reviews, risk and opportunity evaluation, and other key processes

Partner with the service organization to support financial analysis and strategic plans.

Partner with data analytics resources to standardize and automate processes where applicable

Support preparation of leadership presentations for the yearly operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly business reviews

Identify and implement process and reporting improvements

Perform special projects and ad hoc business/financial analysis where needed.
Minimum Requirements
-
A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
-
or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
-
Experience in finance transformation, dynamic environments
-
Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
-
University Degree or equivalent
