Fantastic opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join Rimes Finance Team at a pivot point in the company’s history. Our CFO is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual looking for the opportunity to fast-track their career development in a dynamic private equity backed organization. 

This role is aimed at someone who can business partner with all stakeholders to aggregate many data sources into a cohesive and easily digestible story.  The opportunity provides extensive exposure to the C-suite executive team.

 What you will do

  • Work with C-suite executives and operational management to support the ambitious growth and operational efficiency improvement objectives of the organization (including optimisation of processes and reporting (including the use of BI tools such as PowerBI)
  • Support the FP&A team with the production of the annual budget and monthly ACV, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow forecasts
  • Develop, maintain and evolve KPI dashboards and operational reports
  • Support in the preparation of board reports, including providing insightful commentary on the main drivers of business performance
  • Involvement with strategic and mid-term planning, including the development of financial models and in-depth analyses to support strategic initiatives and enable effective decision making
  • Member of the M&A Task Force assessing acquisition opportunities, including due diligence, integration planning and post-acquisition monitoring.

Who you are
Highly motivated and ambitious individual seeking the opportunity to fast-track their finance career development and gain experience of a private equity backed organization

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) big 4 trained
  • Excel ‘superstar’ with the ability to process and analyse large data sets (including a “Big data” mindset and experience with data manipulation tools (Alteryx, PowerQuery, SQL) and best practices)
  • Clear communicator with exceptional Power Point presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to interact comfortably with operational management and senior executives
  • High EQ with the agility to perform in fluid and challenging situations in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
  • Experience with TMT clients and/or Private Equity investors 
  • Experience with subscription based, recurring revenue businesses
  • Analysis of ACV / ARR, SaaS metrics and key concepts (Gross Retention, Net Retention, ARPU etc.)
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, intellectually curious and a committed team player
