We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst based out of our Stefanesti HQ in Bucharest.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Finance Business Partners, Group Finance and the wider business to prepare the 5 Year Plan, Annual Budget and monthly forecasts.

• Create base schedules, maintain assumptions log and attend business meetings with Business Partners to support any conversations and capture inputs for final submissions. 

• Review, analyse and explain cost variances vs. budget and forecast as part of the month-end close working closely with the Outsource provider to resolve errors or to obtain greater understanding of the source data. 

• Use Aggreko's business intelligence system and month-end analysis to provide insight into the performance of the business to the Finance Business Partners.

• Provide data and analysis inputs relevant for the preparation and distribution of Performance Dashboard Metrics reports.

• Assist the Business Partner within Group Finance with ad-hoc requirements relevant for the Group consolidation and analysis (including results presentation). 

• Assist the Business Partners within the business with any ad-hoc analysis required, including gathering of data and validating assumptions to develop models/reports suitable to be provided to key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally have experience of working in a finance role with analytic responsibilities and engagement with non-finance stakeholders in the business

• Successful experience in assisting the preparation of financial reports, building and utilising financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting 

• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience

• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Ideally Infor Cloudsuite), consolidations systems and data warehousing tools

• Advanced use of Microsoft office (primarily excel and powerpoint) 

• Able to work in a geographically dispersed global organisation 

• High level of credibility and ability on dealing with sensitive information 

• Demonstrate a high level of accountability
