PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.

Job Description
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge in Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Enterprise Project and Commercial responsibility for Assembly purchasing
- Responsible for price negotiation and forecast planning of related suppliers
- Able to take responsibility of RPP (ratio potential project)
- To ensure supplier enabling especially for Malaysia sites
- To be the key supplier developing and act as a bridge between local suppliers and German team + China team
- Interface of business unit and other stakeholders
- Support sourcing activities of new projects
- Corporate with cross functional teams in Malaysia
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
- Proven working experience in commercial, engineering or supply chain background & experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment or electronic component is an added advantage
- Diversity to work with global team, international background is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or/and Chinese skills are a plus
- Possess high team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels
- Know-how of digitalization is welcomed e.g., Power BI, Dashboard
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset preferred
- Ability to think strategically of category and supplier management with problem solving orientation
- Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision
