WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Developing a 3 year destination portfolio & PPA roadmap in top WTP cells along with a clear direction to renovation and value creation plan to D4C & Top customers

Conduct market-level NRM analyses within strategic cells to identify gaps in pack price architecture and propose actionable solutions. Allocate necessary resources and focus interventions across markets, provide end-to-end support to overcome market bottlenecks & develop and share scalable best practices

Create promotional optimization plans by leading PnP studies with truted agency partners and market CSP & CBD teams

Develop pricing guidance & destination for Global Brands, along with focus on strategic price index compliance

Lead the NRM performance management agenda & initiative funnel management

Providing on-going analysis on SKU performance & penetration to drive optimized category Portfolio & Mix

Deliver real time insight to build and deliver growth targets by defining a clear action plan for success.

Decision support to the market teams providing actionable insights for IBP, S&OP and monthly performance reviews.

Conduct analysis across relevant NRM levers using NRM analytics to deliver optimal Pricing, promo and NRM strategy for relevant customers and channels.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
This role sits at the center of Condiments operations and therefore the person must thrive in dynamic, cross functional environments. They will interact with and show an ability to influence stakeholders including; Market CSPs & CD, Markets Head of Finance, Condiments Vertical Marketing, Foods Performance management, .

Experience with FMCG commercial channels execution and digital business models, Commercial Strategy and Customer and Retailer Understanding

Desirable: knowledge of revenue growth management (Pricing, pack price architecture, mix management, trade spent optimization)
