FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
•    Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage OTT/digital ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance and 100% delivery.
•    Team Leadership: Onboard and mentor new Planners and Account Managers, fostering an understanding of best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
•    Client Relations: Lead and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor on FLX's new and existing products.
•    Product Expertise: Conduct product update discussions and educate brands and agencies on best practices to drive groundbreaking campaigns.
•    Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and marketing teams during the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven OTT campaigns on FLX/Fox streaming properties.
•    Project Leadership: Lead complex projects involving multiple work streams and cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally.
•    Reporting: Deliver comprehensive campaign reporting, including PowerPoint-based summaries, as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
•    Experience: 6+ years in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. Experience in video and direct report management is preferred.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency with Operative’s OMS, 3rd-Party Ad Servers, Extreme Reach and ISCIs as well as advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables. Strong ability to analyze data sets and deliver actionable insights.
•    Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively across multiple teams to drive results.
•    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
•    Communication: Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
•    Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the evolving local TV marketplace and its integration with OTT platforms.
 

Education and Experience:
•    Degree: BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
•    Network: Established relationships with senior-level clients or agency decision-makers.
•    Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and receiving positive reviews.
•    Leadership: Prior experience in team leadership or management.
•    Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $150,000.00-160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
