Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile development with Flutter and is skilled at creating seamless cross-platform applications. This role focuses on development, collaboration, and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure smooth integration and excellent user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Optimize application performance to ensure smooth and responsive user interactions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high application quality.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in mobile application development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with the product team to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Some Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile application development
- Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with State Management techniques like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc
- Experience building and deploying applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
- Familiarity with tools like Git and development environments for mobile platforms
- Ability to work within Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
