Job Summary
Level III Press Operators are responsible for the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Full knowledge of completing press set-up and changeover.

Capable of running 4-color process jobs without assistance.

Mix Pantone ink colors.

Ensure quality in the items they produce.

Perform weekly periodic maintenance of all equipment used in Production and maintain PM log.

Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.

Be agile, moving to where the work is if necessary and as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.

Work with pre-production individuals as a team, and with respect.

Effectively and efficiently manage time.
Qualifications

High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
-
Successful experience in the print or packaging industry. Time in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

Capability to work in Finishing and Press Operator Levels I & II

Press Operators must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.

Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have experience in the corrugated industry
