Your business and Team
Financial Services (FS) partners with all areas of CommBank to provide specialist advice on financial management and strategy. This advice covers finance, audit, treasury, investor relations, property, procurement and security.
The FS Governance, Framework and Strategy team in FS Operations manages the FS Learning and Development portfolio. Our goal is to build the 'Future of FS' by enhancing learning foundations to help our people reach their potential.
Your Role
The learning co-ordinator role supports the delivery of a positive learner experience by co-ordinating, monitoring, and evaluating our learning programs across diverse and technology-driven formats.
This role reports directly to the Executive Manager FS Capability and Community.
See yourself in our team
- Coordinate and manage the FS learning and development program, including relevant processes, procedures, and maintenance of the learning management system and learning artefacts.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and vendors on training logistics and requirements for smooth program delivery
- Ensure a positive learner experience by providing timely and effective communication regarding program details, inquiries, and actions before and after the program
- Leverage data and analytics to track and report on the implementation and effectiveness of the FS Learning and Development initiatives.
- Build cross-business relationships and communicate with influence to support end-to-end processes, operations, and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Understand your role and responsibility in applying non-financial risk management practices through effective oversight, governance, and controls to identify and mitigate non-financial risk.
