JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:      First Line Manager

Reports to:  Regional Sales Manager

Location:     Madinah

Primary Job Function:
 

Provide assigned sales team with the leadership, coaching, direction and resources to ensure targets are achieved and to ensure short and long- term strategies are applied by the sales team.

Core Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Achieve regional targets as well as develop and assist the sales force in achieving their targets
  • Translate marketing strategies into day to day working sales and promotional strategy and driving this with the sales force.  
  • Goal setting per Rep with a frequent monitoring of their performance; follow up sales administration, monitor progress, measure results and perform appraisals.
  • Provide in-field coaching, follow-up training to support science and skill-based training and develop subordinates to facilitate succession planning
  • Actively seek, identify, analyze, and present new business opportunities and improvement ideas to senior management on an ongoing basis.
  • Select, interview new recruits to the sales team.
  • Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the area.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff via staff meetings, written communications and one-on-one communication
  • Interact and work with management/ employees to promote teamwork
  • Identify and implement best practices and encourage innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all employees.

Education/Qualifications/Experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Human or Vet Medicine/General Science/Nutrition
  • Must have at least minimum of 3 years’ experience in Nutrition with strong proven track of achievement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation & selling skills.
  • Organization and Industry intelligence.
  • Analytical skills and territorial planning technique.
  • Computer skills is a must.
