What You'll Do
- Support code development efforts and automated in-loop hardware testing.
- Work with a cross-functional team of physicists, electronics engineers, and firmware engineers to create next-generation quantum instruments.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and test servers.
- Create and configure Docker images for development, testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and assist with board testing and hardware bring up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our development process by writing task tickets (GitHub).
What We're Looking For
- Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science Graduate, BS/MS Degree with substantial course/lab/intern working in DevOps. Other technical degrees will be considered, with 2+ years of directly relevant training/experience.
- US export control laws require “U.S. persons” including U.S. citizens (born or naturalized), lawful permanent residents, and certain categories of refugees, and asylees.
- Must be comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and collaborators, both written and verbal.
Required expertise:
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in Linux environments, Bash scripting, and Python scripting.
- Developing shared build and testing containers.
Nice-to-have expertise:
- Experience with ST Micro software ecosystem.
- Experience with Vivado design suite.
- Background working with MCU/SoC/FPGA devices.

Pay Range
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, performance bonus, benefits, and equity. The pay range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 including annual bonus. It's atypical to be hired at the top end of this range directly out of college, as actual pay is based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience level.
