Job Description
Purpose
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). 2nd level environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Responsible for the planning, conceptualization, and implementation of commissioning and operation of complex security systems
- Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating corrective actions
- Project planning and execution of commissioning and operation
- Problem detection and documentation using a trouble ticket system, even in complex system environments
- Initiating escalation procedures in case of critical issues
- Acting as a subject matter expert
- Representing the Network Administration department in cross-functional solution teams
- Evaluating and assessing new technologies
- Administering security and network systems in use
- Integrating new customers into existing operational processes
- Handling and executing complex tasks
- Installing and maintaining tools
- Designing and introducing supporting tools
- Contributing to the development and planning of service concepts
- Coordinating order processing
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Completed vocational training
- Two years of professional experience, including at least one year in IT administration
- Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and actions
- Professional, trustworthy, and empathetic appearance
- Systematic and structured approach to work
- Analytical and conceptual thinking ability
- Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to perform
- Good and broad technical understanding
- Good knowledge in the target task area as well as in related technologies
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Team player with strong cooperation and conflict resolution skills
- Good command of German and English
- Knowledge of firewalls (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower)
- Knowledge of various network topologies (Ethernet, WLAN, etc.)
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- Familiarity with services (Multicast, DHCP, DNS, NAT, TACACS, and Radius)
- Knowledge of network infrastructures
- Experience working in project teams
- Experience in cross-functional workgroups and task forces

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800€ /brutto.
