OVERVIEW

Consumer Reports aims to shape the digital marketplace to benefit consumers, ensuring it operates with integrity and fairness. We empower consumers with the knowledge and tools they need to make choices in an increasingly opaque digital marketplace—creating a world where consumers have real choices and agency online.

As a Fintech Policy Analyst, you’ll report to the Director of Technology Policy and work with teams across our organization to advocate on behalf of consumers who have been affected by economic changes, help strengthen foundational consumer protections, and ensure that financial protections are applied and enforced equally in the digital marketplace.

We’re looking for someone to help us shed light on the rapidly changing marketplace of digital finance — such as new digital payment apps, the use of artificial intelligence in financial services and insurance, and cryptocurrency.  If you have the qualifications and the passion to drive change, we’re looking forward to hearing from you.
