About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a self-starting and data-savvy Platform Operations Associate - User Operations to join the BTSE team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data, user experience, and business impact—shaping strategies that drive user growth, improve overall user retention and conversions, and enhance platform performance. You will collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Token Listing, Marketing, Data Intelligence, and Customer Support to identify friction points and turn insights into actionable improvements.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, optimizing at scale, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the user conversion funnel across key touchpoints—leveraging testing and various strategies to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Work with the Marketing team in analyzing large data sets to identify user behavior patterns, product performance insights, and operational inefficiencies; translate findings into clear strategies for improvement.
- Design and execute initiatives that enhance the user experience and drive measurable growth—focusing on conversion optimization, funnel efficiency, and platform usability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Marketing, to align on user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies, as well as to dig deep into detailed users inquiries and even problem-shooting.
- Develop scalable operational processes and drive their implementation across teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Establish a cycle of continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics, gathering feedback, and iterating on strategies to meet evolving business goals.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in user growth, product or platform operations, or conversion optimization—preferably within fast-paced industries like crypto, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
- A strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
- Experience in building and scaling cross-functional operations or programs, with a deep understanding of growth funnels, acquisition channels, and user behavior analysis.
- Independent and creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a sharp eye for process improvement and user-centric thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to clearly present complex data and strategies to a wide range of stakeholders.
