LA is seeking a full-time Finisher, experienced in hi-resolution imaging and key art finishing to join our Print Production team. You will work with a passionate team of Creative Directors, Art Directors, Account Executives, Project Managers, and more to present the best version of approved art for final delivery. The ideal candidate understands and can executive client objectives and desired campaign look while maintaining LA’s creative standards. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute hi-res imaging and key art finishing, comprehending and achieving client objectives and desired campaign look
  • Evaluate and perform color correction in CMYK and RGB, matching color as necessary to designated files/visuals
  • Prepare, optimize, and convert files from RGB to CMYK, following client-specific workflows and protocols
  • Retouch approved art, re-build files, and improve detailing for final delivery
  • Review work accomplished and tweak as necessary
  • Keep leads apprised of changes and developments that may impact delivery and quality objectives
  • Follow company and client security policy and asset management protocols
  • Understand out-of-house mechanicals to the specification required by the client
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Finisher, preferably in entertainment
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating key art one-sheet finishes
  • Expert knowledge of desktop publishing tools including, but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • An “eye for color" and an understanding of color theory, color management, RGB to CMYK conversion, etc.
  • A diverse understanding of the graphic arts industry as it applies to digital, prepress, and printing
  • Openness to feedback and constructive criticism from Creative Directors and Art Directors
  • Strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate, work and communicate with co-workers in a respectful, professional manner

  • The base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $125,000-$135,000 annually. Compensation range is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
