Job Description
- As Financing Expert, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing financing requirements and the group-wide capital allocation.
- Another part of your role is to manage and coordinate long-term financing measures, including structuring, negotiating and executing financing agreements.
- You will oversee relationships with external financing partners and stakeholders and monitor financial covenants and compliance requirements as well as assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis related to external funding options.
- Furthermore you will support the KYC processes with banking partners and the governance regarding capital investments and investment plans.
- Last but not least you will be expected to develop and maintain financing strategies, ensure timely and effective execution of financing agreements and associated legal documentation including KYC documents, provide regular reports and updates on financing activities, including financial performance and compliance status, and support the implementation of financing instruments and evaluation of investment plans.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in Business Adminstration, Economics, Law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international or regional capacity; strong understanding of financing structures, including loans, bonds and other debt instruments; financial analysis skills, including cash flow forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis; knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to external financing; expertise in investment management and in regulatory "know-your-customer" framework; proven experience in managing relationships with external partners
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a team player, but can also work independently as well as under pressure, you are organized and have good communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
