What’s the scope?

The Financial Systems (Fin Sys) team is a dynamic, hybrid team within the Finance department, dedicated to supporting the business by:

• Managing, coordinating, and providing support for software and data systems.

• Creating seamless connections and optimizing processes between OTC (Order to Cash), PTP (Procure to Pay), and Finance.
   

We are looking for a Financial System Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Jeanswear brands.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Share your expertise with IT teams, providing valuable insights into new financial business flows.

• Support the Finance team in daily processes and in-depth analysis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Challenge existing processes and find innovative ways to eliminate manual tasks, working across 20 trade companies and 9 investment companies to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
   

Your responsibilities as our Financial System Specialist;

• Create, validate and track incidents and processes within the Finance Organization

• Use SAP Analysis for Office to review financial postings

• Assist during month end / year end closing

• Cooperate in the EMEA Sustainability reporting

• Follow up Indirect Tax issues with all relevant stakeholders

Skills for Success:  

• A degree in Economics or equivalent;

• +2 years of experience in a relevant or accounting position;

• SAP & Microsoft Package knowledge;

• Fluent in English;

• Well-organized and responsible with great skills in problem-solving and a proactive thinking ;

• Excellent verbal and written communications;

• High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills;

• Flexibility, logical/analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
