About the Role:
Analyzing data and financial systems processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating recommendations to management
What You’ll Do:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes requirements for CGI Momentum Suite (i.e.financial systems).
- Determines configuration/process changes needed to support requirements.
- Participates in the configuration of the financial systems, Develops and executes test plans &
- scripts to support testing of the financial systems.
- Develops appropriate system documentation (e.g., end-user, functional, technical) as required to maintain the financial systems.
- Leads user support activities including Helpdesk and training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Accounting from an accredited college /university OR commensurate experience.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal financial systems.
- Experience serving as a technical lead or functional lead.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with CGI Momentum Software Suite 6.x or higher with a strong preference of 1 year or more with 7.
- Proficient in various software programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Clearance:

- Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
- Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
- Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. Standing for prolonged and extended periods of time.
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
- Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
