As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Operations you will be leading a team of financial analysts to provide proactive and insightful financial analysis, supporting the rapidly-growing Workforce Solutions division within Equifax, supporting Operations. This role will be focused on coordinating and leading budgeting, forecasting and month end close analysis for assigned areas. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Operations will interface frequently with the Senior Management team to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner to foster effective decision making.
What you’ll do:

Lead the monthly forecast cycles, rolling forecast, annual budget process for the Expense FP&A Teams with data driven and fact based planning

Deliver monthly financials and report on variances vs budget and forecast to business partners/Senior Management, with ability to tell the story behind the numbers

Act as a financial advisor to the Operations Leadership Team and support them in achieving their financial targets by providing insights into trends, metrics, headcount and other expense drivers

Analytical reporting and visualizations to support business decisions and strategies

Support the execution of various stages of strategic cost reductions and efficiency improvement projects for Operations

Lead a team of 1-2 direct reports, coordinate and prioritize deliverables for the team.

Ad-hoc analysis relating to ROI on projects for growth and cost reduction opportunities within Operations
What experience you need:
-
Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business
-
6-10 years of relevant work experience including FP&A and Financial Modeling
What could set you apart:

MBA or MS in a related field is a plus
-
Experience in supporting Operations or other SG&A organizations
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage deadlines
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build working relationships across the organization

Demonstrated experience leading a teams
-
Experience using Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Essbase and Business intelligence tools including Tableau.

Experience using the Google Suite - Sheets, Slides, etc.
