In this role, you will work closely with various departments and external providers to ensure the successful implementation of new or changed services.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic Contract and Service Management: Review and execute business requirements for new or changed access to services, resolve operational issues, and provide services.
- Budgeting and Supplier Strategy: Optimize costs and service quality through effective budgeting and strategic management of our suppliers.
- Administration and Support: Manage market data services within the LGT Private Banking Group, provide consulting and support, and continuously improve processes and procedures for existing or new market data products.
- Project Management: Independently handle tasks between various departments and external parties/providers on market data-related topics and projects.
- Reporting: Create periodic reports, including budget/actual comparisons, market data performance charges, provider/exchange reporting, and optimizations.
- Risk Management: Raise awareness and provide training on the compliant use of market data. Respond to provider inquiries and plan and coordinate provider audits.

Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration / Business Informatics or commercial training.
- Experience in global market data management (of providers as Bloomberg, SIX Financial Information, Factset, FIS, Refinitiv) and securities is an advantage.
- Awareness of compliance and governance issues related to market data licensing and use.
- User knowledge of market data management software (BST FinOffice, TRG Screen, MDSL etc.)
- Knowledge in current technology and concept areas is an advantage.
- Experience in procurement, ideally with knowledge from the financial world.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent organizational skills.
- Independent working style with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
