Mission:

Ensure financial performance aligns with business goals, improve operational efficiency and cost management, and support business cases development in negotiating with Zinia partners.

Responsabilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Creation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Work with other departments to ensure accurate financial planning in Zinia. 
• Reporting and analysis:Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, comparing actual results against budget figures. Provide insights into variances and recommend corrective actions. 
• Cost control and effeciency improvement:Develop strategies to monitor costs, identify ineficiencies with policies and regulations. Identify financial risks and implement mitigating strategies.  
• BTB Business case development and support: Responsible for creating detailed business caess that support decision making strategies with main products and business partners.
• Strategic planning: Support the development of long term strategical planning.
• Reporting to senior management: Regularly present financial performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• +6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in finance
• Strong abilitiy to analyze financial data, identify trends and make data driven decisions.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, ERP systems and other financial software tools. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• B2 or similar English level.
• Able to work as a team, communicating and sharing findings with team members.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions proactively.
• Highly motivated candidate with sound judgment, able to handle confidential information, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
